Terms of Use

Last updated: July 3, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this

software, the associated dashboard, and all analytics, signals, risk

ranges, indicators, and other output they produce (together, the

"Service"). The Service is owned and provided by its author (the

"Provider"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by

these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Educational Purpose Only — Not Investment Advice

The Service is provided strictly for educational and informational

purposes. Nothing in the Service constitutes investment advice, a

recommendation, an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or

other financial instrument, or any form of financial, legal, tax, or

accounting advice. The Provider is not a registered investment adviser,

broker-dealer, or fiduciary, and no adviser-client or fiduciary

relationship is created by your use of the Service. You are solely

responsible for your own investment research and decisions. Consult a

qualified, licensed professional before making any investment decision.

2. Free Service; Personal, Non-Commercial License

The Service is provided free of charge. Subject to these Terms, you are

granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to

use the Service for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes only.

You may not, without the Provider's prior written consent:

selling, licensing, or charging for access to it or its output;

to third parties as a product or service;

product or service;

3. Proprietary Methodology

The signaling methodology embodied in the Service — including the risk

range construction, calibration approach, conviction scoring, and the

selection and combination of indicators — is the proprietary work

product of the Provider, developed from the Provider's own experience

and from publicly available academic and industry research. All right,

title, and interest in and to the Service and its methodology remain

with the Provider. No rights are granted except the limited license in

Section 2.

4. Third-Party Data

The Service retrieves market data from third-party sources. That data

may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and

is subject to the terms of those third parties. The Provider does not

control, verify, or guarantee any third-party data and is not

responsible for it. You are responsible for complying with any

third-party terms that apply to your use of such data.

5. No Warranty — Provided "As Is"

THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE,"

WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT

LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR

PURPOSE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, AVAILABILITY, AND

NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE PROVIDER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE

UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY SIGNAL, RANGE, SCORE,

OR OTHER OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

6. Assumption of Risk

Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including the possible

loss of all capital. Volatility-based ranges, indicators, and scores are

statistical estimates that can be and will sometimes be wrong. Past

performance and historical calibration do not guarantee future results.

You assume all risk arising from any use of, or reliance on, the

Service or its output.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PROVIDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE

FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY,

OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, LOSS OF

DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR

THESE TERMS, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY

OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IF,

NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, LIABILITY IS FOUND, THE PROVIDER'S TOTAL

AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED TEN U.S. DOLLARS (US$10), REFLECTING

THAT THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Provider from and

against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including

reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your

violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party

right.

9. Modification and Termination

The Provider may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, and may

update these Terms, at any time and without notice. Continued use of the

Service after changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.

The license in Section 2 terminates automatically if you breach these

Terms.

10. General

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining

provisions remain in full force. These Terms are the entire agreement

between you and the Provider regarding the Service. Failure to enforce a

provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; the Provider

may assign them freely.
